Q: When will my order ship?

A: Every piece comes in premium packaging + a small surprise gift in every order.

Returns / Exchange

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A: For hygiene reasons, jewellery cannot be returned. Exchange is available only for damaged or wrong items (unboxing video required).

Availability

Q: Why is only 1 piece available per design?

A: OAA works on limited drops. Once a design sells out, it won't be restocked.
